Solidify your intentions for 2024 with this restorative sound bath experience. This 75-minute class creates a space for you to surrender to slow and sweet movement and moments of deep restoration.
This class features a gentle restorative yoga accompanied by soothing sounds followed by a long meditative sound bath including crystal singing bowls.
The cozy Cabin @ Opoma creates a warm and inviting space for you to land. All props will be provided.
Doors will open at 7:00. Please aim to arrive by 7:05 pm so you can check in, complete any waivers and get cozy so the event can start at 7:15 pm.
