Community groups, individuals or organizations that wish to be considered for the waiving or reduction of fees must apply using the form below. Applications must be submitted a minimum of 60 days prior to the event for consideration.
Submitted applications will be reviewed by the appropriate departmental manager and approved or denied based on the eligibility criteria and/or availability of requested facilities. The decision will be shared with the applicant.
The maximum value of fees to be waived for eligible applicants is $1500.
