Wellness Expo and Professional Development Day
Join the City of Quinte West and its Community Safety and Well-being partners in May each year for a series of educational events aimed at increasing and supporting community safety and wellness.

Hosted by the Quinte West Mental Health & Addictions Action Table, this day-long professional development event offers community safety and well-being training opportunities for staff working for local community and social services.
Past professional development day programming has included presentations and workshops on topics including:
- Identifying and responding to moral distress
- Building personal resilience
- Developing your inner resources
- The cost of caring
- Compassion fatigue, burnout, and vicarious trauma
- Creating LGBTQ2S cultural awareness

Join us Saturday, May 6, for the Quinte West Wellness Expo featuring over 30 wellness exhibitors and all-day demos.
When: Saturday, May 6 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: Quinte West City Hall (7 Creswell Dr.)
This free event is open to everyone. Registration is not required.
