Green bin program

Learn about our household organics collection program and when it is collected.

Our household green bin program (also known as organics collection program) is collected weekly by E360 Solutions on your scheduled garbage pickup day. There is no additional charge for this service, and no bag tags are required for household organic waste collection.

How the program works

Step 1: Place organic material into the kitchen catcher. Compostable, biodegradable
liners are accepted.

Step 2: Empty your kitchen catcher into your 79-litre green bin.

Step 3: Place your green bin at the curb by 7 a.m. on your garbage collection day.

If your organic waste has frozen in the bin, it may not be collected.
