We have many rental spaces available to book for meetings, gatherings, private functions, sports activities and picnics.

Please complete this form to request a City of Quinte West facility. Submission of this form does not confirm or guarantee your rental request. Please fill out this form a minimum of one (1) month before the date of your requested rental.

If the activity you are planning is open to the public, or will include: a stage, road closure, alcohol, amusement rides or inflatables, food vendors or fireworks, visit the Host an Event page for more information and to complete an event application.
