The Quinte West Pop-ups program features eight wood cabins and five food truck stations, equipped with hydro and water connections, overlooking the Trent River in Centennial Park.

Completed Vendor Application Forms must be received on or before Monday, March 25th, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. local time to receive further consideration in the selection process.

Applicants will receive a confirmation receipt of their application. If you have submitted an application and have not received a confirmation receipt on or prior to Monday, March 25th, 2024 at 4:00 p.m., please contact tourism@quintewest.ca immediately. All applicants will be notified whether their vendor application has been accepted by Friday, April 12th, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.
PLEASE NOTE that submitting this application does not commit a vendor to participating in the 2024 Quinte West Pop-ups, nor does it guarantee your participation, but it does indicate your interest and allows the City of Quinte West to offer successful applicants a spot in the 2024 season. Successful applicants who meet all requirements will be required to sign a lease agreement with The Corporation of the City of Quinte West several weeks before the Pop-ups start date.
DETAILS
Eligible Vendors: The City of Quinte West is looking for unique businesses and services that can enhance the community and the waterfront, including but not limited to, clothing, one-of-a-kind crafters, woodworking, artists, plant and macramé goods, local food, ice cream and gourmet coffee/tea vendors, unique food truck operators and other vendors that would suit this waterfront location.

Location: Centennial Park, 12 Couch Crescent, Trenton, ON
The Quinte West Pop-ups are located in Centennial Park adjacent to the existing canteen. This site has easy access to the trail for walking, cycling and running, an amphitheatre, picnic pavilion, playgrounds, soccer fields, and the Duncan McDonald Memorial Community Gardens.

- 1 Wooden 10’ x 16’ Shed Unit
- 1 Double Door, 1 Back Window, 1 Sliding Front Window
- Potable Water (Sheds 1-5)
- Complimentary Wi-Fi (Vendor use only)
- Overhead Lighting
- Electrical Outlets (Maximum 30 amp total per shed)
- Cement Parking Spaces (Food Trucks)
- Outdoor electrical access (Maximum 30 amp total)
- Complimentary Wi-Fi (Vendor use only)
- Picnic Tables + Umbrellas
- Accessible paved trail through site
- Washroom Access (Vendor use only) with portable washrooms onsite for visitors
- Free Public Parking
PLEASE NOTE: Vendors applying to be a tent vendor must bring their own tent, tables, chairs, and cement weights. The following will be provided: Wi-fi, and access to on-site facilities and amenities. Electrical will not be provided.
Special Events
There are a number of events that will take place in Centennial Park during the Pop-ups season which will create additional foot traffic and exposure. Pop-up vendors will be free to operate during all special events, but should be prepared for these high-traffic days. There may be some restrictions to park access for the public during the set-up of events.

Vendors must remain on-site for the duration of the advertised Pop-ups hours of 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. No early departures will be permitted. The following are exceptions to this: Emergencies (Medical, Natural Disasters, etc.), Inclement Weather *City of Quinte West staff will notify vendors and the public if the market must close due to this reason. It is the vendors responsibility to ensure all agreements, permits and other requirements are completed by Friday, May 3rd, 2024 at 4:00 pm.
Seasonal Availability & Rental Fees
*Preference will be given to vendors seeking seasonal participation.
Full-Season (May 31 – September 2) – $800.00 Fee
Two-Weeks – $200.00 Fee
One Weekend – Saturday & Sunday (TENT VENDORS ONLY) – $50.00 Fee
