Presentations and Delegations

  • Mayor Harrison and Council will recognize Campbell Monument for their outstanding community service.
  • Quinte Health Care will discuss its new strategic plan engagement process.
  • The Quinte West Chamber of Commerce will propose the renaming of a local street.
  • The Quinte Museum of Natural History will provide a program update.
  • BioForest will present the findings of the 2021 gypsy moth population surveys and 2022 deforestation forecasts.
  • The Frankford Lions Club will ask for the reinstatement of the charitable road toll.

Committee Reports, Staff Reports and Approval of Accounts

  • Council will review a report on funding for the Quinte Museum of Natural History.
  • Council will review the proposed warming and cooling centre policy. 
  • Council will review a report on in-person meetings.
  • Council will review a report on City paid parking.

Proclamation requests

  • Council will review a request to proclaim Nov. 25 as International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women and raise a ‘wrapped in courage’ flag.

Council will be asked to receive printed and non-printed correspondence.
