- The Quinte West Chamber of Commerce will propose the renaming of a local street.
- The Quinte Museum of Natural History will provide a program update.
- BioForest will present the findings of the 2021 gypsy moth population surveys and 2022 deforestation forecasts.
- The Frankford Lions Club will ask for the reinstatement of the charitable road toll.

Proclamation requests
