Holly Jolly Lighting Tour and Holiday Market entertainment cancelled Dec. 11, 2021

Due to inclement weather forecasted by Environment Canada, the Holly Jolly Lighting Tour and the Quinte West Holiday Market scheduled entertainment are cancelled for Saturday, Dec. 11, 2021.

The Holly Jolly Lighting Tour – which was scheduled to make stops at Centennial Park, Fraser Park and Frankford Tourist Park on the evening of Saturday, Dec. 11 – has been cancelled due to local weather conditions. The activities and entertainment scheduled for Dec. 11 at the Quinte West Holiday Market have also been cancelled, with select vendors and food trucks continuing to operate. The holiday market will resume normal operations on Sunday, Dec. 12. 

There are many festive activities and entertainment still to be enjoyed in Quinte West this holiday season. On Sunday, Dec. 12, the Quinte West Holiday Market will feature the scheduled vendors and food trucks, Santa from 12 – 4 p.m. and free public skating from 12 – 1:30 p.m. The Fantasy of Lights displays in Frankford and Trenton will be lit daily until Jan. 3, 2022, and the self-guided Holiday Home Decor Tour is happening now until Jan. 2, 2022.
