Spring Equinox Sound Meditation

Breathe deeply as you welcome in spring with the angelic sounds of crystal singing bowls & chimes blended together to hold you deeply in meditation. The class will begin with very gentle, supported yoga, and smoothly transition into a restful state. This 75-minutes special event is an incredibly intimate offering of sound, yoga, and energy magic. All props are provided to allow you to drift into deep meditation after some gentle yoga postures. Space is limited for this event.
