Sylvester Livingstone, also known as Blue Syl, was born in the heart of the USA, but his musical journey would take him on a path less traveled. Raised in the vibrant blues hub of Chicago, Sylvester soaked in the soulful tunes that echoed through the city’s streets.

Sylvester has developed his own guitar style characterized by the use of an open tuning and a fusion of both picking and slide techniques. The result was a mesmerizing sound that evokes the raw emotions of blues legends of yore while adding a fresh, entrancing dimension to his performances.
