Consumer tasting on Friday, March 22nd from 5 to 6 PM Enjoy a romp through PEC Terroir in this structured tasting of County wines and ciders led by Thierry Alcantara-Stewart, Sommelier, of Adega Wine Bar. Six experienced makers at PEC cideries and wineries were challenged to pick one wine or cider that best exemplifies County Terroir. Thierry will lead the audience through a tasting of each wine. Each wine will first be experienced in a blind tasting with the grape and the winemaker unknown. When the wine is revealed, the maker will then explain why they chose that wine and how it expresses the unique characteristics of our region.
