2nd Annual Slake Snake Hill Climb – BOQ.BIKE

What: BOQ.BIKE’s 2nd Annual Slake Snake Hill Climb!

When: Saturday, November 25 from 10 AM – 1 PM

Where: Slake Brewing, 181 Mowbray Road, Picton

If you’ve been to Slake Brewing, you know about their driveway. The climb up is 340m long with 18m of elevation gain. It can’t that hard, right? We think it’s a worthwhile challenge, and a top contender for the best Strava segment in the region. It’s called the Slake Snake.

We’ve been wanting to host an alternative “race” for a long time. When the opportunity for a Slake / The Brake Room collaboration cropped up last fall, it felt like the chance we were looking for. Slake’s property has one of the best views in PEC, and it offers indoor and outdoor options to hang out as a spectator for the race… oh, and there’s beer!
