Presentations and delegations

52:29 – Taylor Russett, Owner, The Grind and Vine, requested that Council consider a Patio Application cost adjustment and spoke to the barriers surrounding the patio area.

1:09:14 – Scott Hamilton, Resident, presented a petition in opposition of a development project planned at 467 Front St., Trenton.

Committee reports, staff reports and approval of accounts

1:56:39 – Council received a staff report regarding 2023 Q4 PI Investment Results.

2:00:33 – Council approved the designation of the property located at 62 County Road 5 of having cultural heritage value under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act.

2:03:11 – Council received the staff report for the revitalization and urbanization of 2nd Dug Hill Road south of Dundas Street West and approved the commencement of the related design work of the project.

2:05:38 – Council approved a staff report regarding the revitalization of the Tuckers Corners tennis courts to include a proposed multi-surface tennis, basketball and pickleball court, pending community feedback on the project in Spring 2024.

2:13:43 – Council supported the request from the Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO) to call on the provincial government to work on a joint review of municipal finances, an analysis of Ontario’s infrastructure investments and corresponding service delivery needs.

2:14:30 – Council proclaimed Friday, March 8, 2024 as “International Women’s Day”.

2:15:38 – Council proclaimed March 10, 2024 to Tuesday, April 9, 2024 as “Ramadan”.

2:16:20 – Council proclaimed April, 2024 as “World Parkinson’s Awareness Month” and April 11, 2024 as “Parkinson’s Day”.

2:17:44 – Council proclaimed June 1st – June 30th, 2024 as “National Deafblind Awareness Month”.
