  • Council will review a staff report to adopt the terms of reference for the Community Safety and Well-Being Advisory Committee
  • Council will review a staff report regarding a license application
  • Council will review a staff report regarding a land use agreement with the Department of National Defense for military training on Bata Island
  • Council will review a staff report regarding the Treasurer’s statement for 2022 development charges
  • Council will review a staff report regarding 2022 investment results
  • Council will review a staff report regarding a by-law for signing authorities

Proclamations

  • Council will review a request from Louise Smith, Deputy City Clerk and Accessibility Coordinator, requesting Council proclaim May 18, 2023 as “Global Accessibility Awareness Day” and May 28, 2023 to June 3, 2023 as “National AccessAbility Week”
  • Council will review a request from Shelley Werk, Prostate Cancer Foundation BC and Prostate Cancer Support Canada, requesting Council proclaim September 1-30, 2023 as “Prostate Cancer Awareness Month”
  • Council will review a request from Sheila Dodd, Volunteer, Home Child Canada, requesting Council proclaim September 28, 2023 as “National British Home Child Day”
  • Council will review a request from Grace Twynam, Administrative Assistant, VON Canada – Ontario Branch, requesting Council proclaim May 21-27, 2023 as “Victorian Order of Nurses Week”
  • Council will review a request from Brandy Brown, Vice-Chair, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee, Quinte West, requesting Council proclaim June 1-30, 2023 as “Pride Month”
