- Brian Jardine, Director of Building and Development Services, City of Quinte West, will present an update on the “2024 Housing Action Plan”.
- Jacqueline Miller, Resident, will speak to the provincially proposed Hwy 401 expansion bypass routes.
Committee reports, staff reports and approval of accounts
- Council will review a staff report regarding a third-party contract to conduct Short Term Accommodation Address Identifications.
- Council will review a staff report regarding the approval of the 2023 City of Quinte West Draft Consolidated Financial Statements as recommended by the Audit & Risk Advisory Committee.
- Council will review a staff report regarding a Land Use Licensing Agreement with the Department of National Defense for a military training exercise on Bata Island.
- Council will review a staff report regarding a Corporate Leasing Policy.
- Council will review a staff report regarding Housing Action Plan Update.
- Council will review a staff report to authorize the license agreements between the City and the 2024 Quinte West Pop-ups vendors.

Correspondence for decision
- Council will review correspondence from Doug Couture, Board Chairperson, and Jeri-lynn Thomas, Chief Executive Officer for the Quinte West Public Library, requesting Council provide support regarding “Urgent Need for Increased Funding for Public Libraries in Ontario”.
Proclamations
- Council will review a request from the Falun Dafa Association to proclaim May 13th to 20th, 2024 as “Falun Dafa Week”.
- Council will review a request from Louise Smith, Deputy City Clerk/Accessibility Coordinator, Quinte West Accessibility Advisory Committee, requesting Council proclaim May 16, 2024 as “Global Accessibility Awareness Day”.
- Council will review a request from Hastings Prince Edward Community Care for South Hastings to proclaim June, 2024 as “Stroke and Aphasia Awareness Month”.
- Council will review a request from the Inflamed Brain Alliance to proclaim October 9, 2024 as “World PANS (Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome) and PANDAS (Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorder Associated with Streptococcal Infections) Awareness Day”.
