Presentations and delegations
- Mayor Harrison, Fire Chief John Whelan and Deputy Fire Chief Rick Caddick will present Provincial and Federal Fire Service Long Service Medals.
- Tony Fleming with Cunningham, Swan, Carty, Little & Bonham LLP, Integrity Commissioner for the City of Quinte West, will present a Recommendation Report regarding a Code of Conduct Contravention Complaint.
Proclamations
- Council will review a request from 413 (Air Force City) Wing, Trenton, R.C.A.F. Association, to proclaim April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025 as “Royal Canadian Air Force, 8 Wing Trenton and RCAF Veterans – Freedom of the City.”
- Council will review a request from Volunteer + Information HPE & United Way HPE to proclaim February 11, 2024 as “2-1-1 Day” in the City of Quinte West.
