The City of Quinte West will be hosting a Public Meeting for the Water and Wastewater Rate Study 2024 completed in 2024 by the City of Quinte West. The study was presented at the August 14 Council meeting provided information to Council and water/wastewater users on the water and wastewater rates.
- The current water and wastewater rates;
- The proposed water and wastewater rates;
- Justification for any changes to the rates with the assumptions used to establish the proposed rates.
When: Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2024 at 4:30 p.m.

When will a Decision be made?
The study was first presented to Council for review at the Aug. 14 Council meeting. The public meeting is scheduled for Sept. 4 at 4:30 p.m. The by-law will be considered at the Council meeting on Oct. 2, 2024.
How can I make my views known about the proposed changes?
Comments at the Public Meeting aid the City and Council in their decision making process.
Any person or agency may attend the Public Meeting and/or make verbal or written comments regarding the 2024 Water and Wastewater Study.

Submit written comments during regular office hours (Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) to the City Clerk at the City of Quinte West, 7 Creswell Drive, Trenton ON, or by email to c[email protected].
