July 1 marked 100 days until the Canada Soccer Toyota National Championship U-15 Cup! From Oct. 9 to 14, 2024, the City of Quinte West will welcome under-15 youth male and female teams from Canada’s provincial and territorial soccer associations, including athletes, coaches, officials, as well as athletes’ families and friends, local residents and visitors to Centennial Park for this national tournament.
The City of Quinte West is calling on the community to join the excitement by sponsoring or volunteering at the tournament, or participating in ‘Soccer Central’ this October.
Volunteer
The City invites passionate community members who want a front-row seat to the action to apply to volunteer. Positions are available to suit different interests and time commitments, including:
- Awards ceremony assistants
- Flag bearers
- Match and game assistants
- Tournament greeters
- Transportation ambassadors
Sponsor
Local sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses and organizations interested in supporting the championships. Sponsoring the tournament provides a unique opportunity for local businesses to show their support for sport and community while gaining significant brand visibility. Tournament sponsorship packages are available at a variety of price points between $250-$5,000, to fit all budgets.
Soccer Central
The City is seeking local businesses and organizations to participate in Soccer Central and leave their mark on Quinte West soccer history. During the final days of the tournament (Oct. 11 to 13, 2024), the Quinte West Pop-ups will host vendors, food trucks, and family-friendly, soccer-themed activities.
