Registration/screening begins at 11:30 am
St. Matthew’s United Church, 25 Holloway Street, Belleville
Lunch will be served at noon.
Masks must be worn except when seated to eat. Proof of double vaccination for COVID19, official photo ID and screening must be completed to enter. Name and phone number required for submission to Public Health if necessary.
To facilitate the screening, please use both the street and parking lot entrances. Elevator access is via the door off the parking lot.
