Roasted Oysters – with bacon, cabbage & Guinness sabayon
Brotchan Foltchep – a traditional leek & oatmeal soup (a staple of Irish history!)
Dublin Lawyer Shrimp – tender shrimp in an Irish whiskey cream sauce, served with griddled baguette
Guinness & Chocolate Cake – topped with a luscious Bailey’s frosting
