November 8, 2021 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
FreeVeteran’s Week is a time to remember and honour the brave individuals who served our country in the past, and recognize those who serve in uniform today. Join us as we welcome special guest speaker Lieutenant-Colonel Terry Wong, Tactical Helicopter Pilot with the Royal Canadian Air Force. Currently posted to the Branch Head position for Doctrine Development and Lessons Learned at the RCAF Air Warfare Centre in Trenton, Lt.-Col. Wong brings extensive experience serving across Canada and internationally. Lt.-Col. Wong will speak about Remembrance Day – past, present and future – and help us to understand and pay tribute to Canadian veterans who have served and who continue to serve this country.
This event will take place in the 3rd floor Meeting Room at Belleville Public Library. In order to maintain physical distancing, registration is required. To register, please email infoserv@bellevillelibrary.ca or call (613) 968-6731 x 2037.
Before entering the Meeting Room, participants must show:
