9:41 – A presentation from Jennifer and Robert Gagnon to council regarding gypsy moth concerns
Council directed staff to look into treatment options for gypsy moth infestations.

48:00 – Council received public input regarding the proposed woodland heights subdivision.

Committee Reports, Staff Reports and Approval of Accounts

49:52- Council directed staff to apply for a grant opportunity through the Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Program – to support the installation of electric vehicle charging stations at the recommended municipally-owned facilities.
54:39 – Council approved the minutes of the Corporate and Financial Services Committee meeting held on June 2, 2021. An investment policy will be drafted for approval within the City’s purchasing policy.
56:55 – Council approved the extending of natural gas services from North Huff Avenue.
1:02:12 – Council approved bylaws regarding the adoption of a purchasing policy, rezoning of lands, a model home agreement, and vehicle regulations.
