  • Council will hold a public meeting concerning surplus land.

Committee reports, staff reports and approval of accounts

  • Council will review staff reports regarding road widenings.
  • Council will review a staff report regarding an updated technology use policy.
  • Council will review a staff report regarding surplus land.
  • Council will review a staff report regarding a stormwater drainage easement agreement with Trenton Christian School.
  • Council will review a staff report regarding a monthly water billing update.
  • Council will review a staff report regarding the Frankford Lions Club loan request.
  • Council will review a staff report regarding community outdoor rinks.
  • Council will review a staff report regarding investing in the Canada infrastructure program, Greenstream.
  • Council will review a staff report regarding the economic development and tourism advisory committee meeting held on Sept. 28, 2022.
  • Council will review the minutes of the accessibility advisory committee meeting held on Sept. 14, 2022.
  • Council will review the minutes of the planning advisory committee meetings held on Sept. 15, 2022, Oct. 20, 2022 and Nov. 3, 2022. 
  • Council will review the minutes of the fire and emergency services committee meeting held on Sept. 20, 2022.

Proclamations

  • Council will review a request from Ms. Sandy Watson-Moyles, executive director, Three Oaks Foundation, to proclaim Nov. 25, 2022 as International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.
  • Council will review a request from Rosemary Embree, local member of GRAN Quinte, to proclaim the 16 days from Nov. 25 to Dec. 10, 2022 as Orange Days: Unite to End Violence Against Women and Girls.
  • Council will review a request from Louise Smith, deputy city clerk and accessibility coordinator, City of Quinte West accessibility advisory committee, to proclaim Dec. 3, 2022 as International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
  • Council will review a request from Bruce Bellefeuille, past Grand Knight and 100th anniversary committee chair, to proclaim June 11-17, 2023 as Knights of Columbus Week.

Council will be asked to receive printed and non-printed correspondence.
