Beginning the week of Aug. 8, orange garbage bag tags will begin to replace the existing purple bag tags in Quinte West. There is no cost increase or change to how or where bag tags can be purchased.
Purple bag tags can be used until Dec. 31, 2022. Beginning Jan. 1, 2023, only orange bag tags will be accepted.
