Job seekers are invited to join the Work in Quinte Career Fair on Wednesday, April 16

Job seekers and employers are invited to save the date for the Work in Quinte Career Fair at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre, hosted by the Cities of Belleville and Quinte West on Wednesday, April 16, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The Work in Quinte Career Fair brings employers from across the Bay of Quinte region together to highlight their current job opportunities, promote their organizations, and connect with qualified candidates. The event on April 16 will feature over 50 employers offering a wide range of job opportunities across various sectors. Both full-time and part-time positions will be available.

The Work in Quinte Career Fair offers job seekers an excellent opportunity to explore new positions or make a career change while connecting with recruiters. Attendees are encouraged to arrive interview-ready with resumes in hand to engage directly with local businesses actively hiring. 

“This event is about more than just job opportunities; it’s about building strong connections between businesses and the local workforce,” says Elizabeth Edwards, Economic Development Officer. “We are thrilled to support this initiative in partnership with the City of Belleville and Work in Quinte, to help job seekers find meaningful employment while assisting local employers grow their teams.”

The Work in Quinte website connects job seekers and employers through a free, centralized location. Job seekers can search a variety of Quinte region employment opportunities, and employers can upload their open positions to be amplified by Work in Quinte marketing or use the site as a free Applicant Tracking System.
