Due to the current Canada Post disruption, Quinte West residents are asked to avoid sending payments and documents by mail to the City.
The City of Quinte West offers the following payment options for property taxes, water bills and other municipal services.
Sign up for pre-authourized payments for property taxes and water accounts:
- Property tax and water bills can be paid by pre-authorized payment.
- Sign up for pre-authorized bill payments at quintewest.ca/payments.
- Customers that sign-up for new pre-authorized payments will have the new payment applied to their next bill.
Sign up for property tax and water account ebilling:
- Receive future property tax and water account bills to your inbox.
- Sign up for ebilling to receive future property tax and water bills by email at quintewest.ca/ebilling.
Pay through your bank: In-person and online property tax and water bill payments can be made through your bank or financial institution.
In-person: Payments for all City services or the in-person delivery of letters, documents or other non-payment correspondence can be made at Quinte West City Hall (7 Creswell Dr., Trenton) and the Frankford Municipal Office (22 North Trent St., Frankford) Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
After-hours drop-off: Cheque payments can be dropped off after hours to the drop box at the front doors at Quinte West City Hall (7 Creswell Dr., Trenton) and Frankford Municipal Office (22 North Trent St., Frankford). Please do not include cash in the drop box.
