Nestled along the Bay of Quinte at the mouth of the Trent-Severn Waterway, it is likely that boating, fishing, monument gazing, festivals, and community events will quickly fill your itinerary here. Known for its military roots, Quinte West acts as the home of 8 Wing CFB Trenton, Canada’s largest military airbase. Visit the National Air Force Museum of Canada and be amazed by Canada’s aviation history.

The Frankford Tourist Park is a prime example of a great outdoor space to stay, with recently updated amenities including washrooms, a canteen and a playground.
